Everything on this page
ends up on your checklist.

This is the Peace of Mind Program’s office cleaning scope. We build your written plan from this list, room by room — and what you select is what gets printed, performed, signed, and photographed, every visit.

What’s Included

Frequency changes what gets done — not how well

A weekly building and a nightly building get the same standard. What changes is how often each task cycles. Here’s the default program; your written scope can adjust any line.

One More Thing

Don’t see your situation on this page?

This list is our office program, because offices are what we’re genuinely good at. It isn’t a list of everything we’re willing to discuss.

If you’ve got a building or a job that doesn’t fit neatly here, call us and walk us through it. Sometimes it’s an easy yes. Sometimes we’ll point you to someone better suited. Either way you’ll get a straight answer, and it costs you one phone call.

No Extra Charge

Included with every Peace of Mind account

  • Quarterly Standards Audit
  • Priority response for the first 30 days
  • Day-One Deep Clean — we cover the first $1,500 (12-month agreements)
  • Locked-In Rate for 12 months (12-month agreements)
Questions

The things people ask before they switch

When do you clean?

We build the schedule around you, not the other way around. Some buildings are serviced after close, some before open, some during business hours. We’ll find the window that works best for your operation during the walkthrough, write it into your scope, and hold to it — and if things change on your end, tell us and we’ll adjust.

Do we have to sign a long contract?

No. Month-to-month is available on every recurring program. A 12-month agreement earns a lower rate because it lets us staff and schedule with confidence — but it’s your call, and the estimate calculator shows you both prices side by side.

What happens if something gets missed?

Tell us within 24 hours and we come back and correct it at no charge. You’ll usually catch it from the photos before you even walk the space. That’s the entire reason we send them.

Do you bring your own equipment and supplies?

Yes. Equipment, chemicals, and microfiber are ours. Restroom and break room consumables — paper, soap, liners — can stay yours or move to our supply program, whichever you prefer. Most clients hand it off after a few months.

Are your people background-checked and insured?

Every technician is background-checked and trained on your written scope before their first visit. We carry general liability and workers’ compensation coverage.

What happens if a complaint actually reaches me?

That’s exactly what the Zero Complaints Guarantee is for. Tell us within four business hours and we’re on it — with a plan, not an excuse. If it’s our miss and it’s not corrected by your next scheduled visit, that visit is free. Not a credit — free.

Are you always taking new clients?

No, and that’s intentional. We cap new accounts at 3 per quarter in King County so every crew stays at the ratio the program requires. If we’re full, we’ll tell you honestly and give you a realistic timeline instead of overpromising.

How accurate is the online estimate?

It’s a real range built from square footage, office type, and frequency — the same inputs we use in person. What it can’t see is layout, condition, access, and how much detail your space actually needs. The walkthrough confirms it, and the written price is what you pay.
