Square footage
The base of every cleaning bid. Bigger spaces cost less per square foot — a crew that’s already on site works more efficiently once it’s moving.
Six questions, about sixty seconds, and a real price range built from the same inputs we use in person. Nothing is gated — you only give us your name if you decide you want a walkthrough.
Office cleaning gets priced on labor hours, and labor hours come from four things. Here they are.
The base of every cleaning bid. Bigger spaces cost less per square foot — a crew that’s already on site works more efficiently once it’s moving.
A quiet professional suite and a busy coworking floor of the same size are not the same job. Desk density, foot traffic, and how much shared space there is all move the rate.
Cleaning nightly costs less per visit than cleaning monthly. Soil doesn’t get a chance to build, so each visit is faster.
Floor restoration, glass, and disinfection are real labor. We price them separately and spread them evenly so your invoice doesn’t spike in the month they happen.
We walk your property with you, record a video of the requested services, and build the written scope and checklist from what we see — not from a template.
There’s no charge for the walkthrough and no obligation after it. If we aren’t the right fit for your building, we’ll say so.
We take pride in our work.
So you never have to wonder.
Peterson Premium Clean
Because a single number without seeing your building would be a guess dressed up as a quote. The range reflects the real spread between a clean, open, easy-to-service floor plan and a tight, high-detail one of the same size. The walkthrough closes the gap.
Not necessarily — plan on the middle. Buildings land at the low end when they’re open-plan, well-maintained, and easy to access after hours. They land at the high end when there’s heavy detail, restricted access, or deferred condition to catch up on.
Anything you didn’t select as an add-on, plus one-time catch-up work if the building needs to be brought up to standard before recurring service starts. If that applies to you, we’ll price it separately and tell you before you sign anything.
Not for the estimate. To get a firm, written price, yes — we walk the building first. We don’t quote buildings we haven’t seen, and you shouldn’t hire a company that does.
Please do. Print it, take it to your other vendors, and make them show you what’s included at their number. Most of the price gap in this industry disappears once you line up the scopes side by side.
We take pride in our work. So you never have to wonder.
